This 40 Minute consultation is required for all new members. A light and brief workout will allow us to evaluate your range of motion, discuss past/previous injuries, and create a foundation for structured training. Plus, it will allow us to get to know one another as we address questions, concerns, and what you are looking forward to in terms of health and wellness!
